Pricing was unreasonable. They give a quote over the phone then show up and want to charge more than double the quote. The cleaning was good which is why I gave two stars. The business practice for quote and cost is the problem.
Arrived on schedule. Right to work. Very effective. Very consistent. Excellent results in a minimum of time.

The team lead reviewed my wishes at great length during the first visit; the team assigned to my house has subsequently maintained the very same high level of service. These are conscientious, hard-working, trustworthy people.
