I had a deep clean done by then. I must say, they are professional, responsive, polite, easy to adjust the time slots and offers a service I look forward to. I had a different cleaning service hired for the same house, and let me tell you they charged me thrice the amount charged by Maid Guru, did not complete what they were hired for. I HAVE MY MONTHLY SERVICE BOOKED with MAID GURU AND I LOOK FORWARD TO IT.
I had my first full house cleaning done.I must say they charged for what they do and I am impressed by their work. I look forward to having my house cleaned monthly by them and only them!
Since David & Dayana have taken over, the made the effort to write the wrong from the previous owner, and send someone over rectify the situation. The new cleaning person came over and did a much better job. She walked through the apartment with me, we pointed out key areas, and she delivered on them once I had come back. David & Dayana have been very responsive overall and I believe Maid Guru is going to provide better service to their customers going forward.
Was an ok job- looks clean, but a lot of spots not touched/cleaned/dusted. Looks like job was done in a hurry and not professionally. Customer service seems non-existent- no one bothered to reply to an email or “rating” they asked for. The only thing that was done right was charging- that didn’t take any time! Would not recommend.
