I just had my first interaction with Mahoney and the lady who answered the phone was polite and listened to my decades long struggles trying to survive Kaiser’s complicated system. We also joked about suing the Trump Administration. That case of extreme negligence with intent to harm millions of people and torture children is stronger than my Kaiser case. Promised email has yet to be recorded from law firm.
I wish I would have let anyone else do my case.. I'm the one who did all the work. I feel that because Kevin did not care he did nothing to help me. After over 2 years of chasing him down (if he calls back Which he don't) and his assistants tell you the same thing. And that is say what ever will get me off the phone. So if you want an attorney that won't do anything for you, but still takes half Of your settlement then by all means hire Kevin but if you want to be treated like a person and get what you deserve then call any ... read more
My husband and I have never had any reason to consult with a law firm. I'm not sure what led us to choose the Mahoney law firm from the hundreds and hundreds of law firms online but I am very glad that we did. (It must have been the red hair). Filing a lawsuit is a very long and frustrating process. Kevin walked us through step by step and kept us informed every step of the way. He and his staff were very professional.
