Left me stranded on a Friday evening scrambling looking to find a new carrier for my business auto policy because they forgot to do so a month earlier and did even apologize. Do not recommend.
Horrible customer service. My agent that wrote a business policy left the company and now I can't get anyone to answer their phone. I cannot even get a copy of the insurance policy that I have paid for. I just called again and am getting a very strong attitude from the receptionist.
