Unresponsive Management, No Full Refund We lived here for 3 years and always took very good care of our apartment — it was spotless and left clean at move-out. Unfortunately, the refund process has been a nightmare. They only returned small part of our deposit and have completely ignored us since. Don't waste your time in contacting them, they never answer the phone and they don't respond to emails. I had received an email with a list of times to come tour after sending more than one inquiry via their website like they requested, I responded with about 6 times that work for me and never heard back. I showed up to the property on 2 occasions and nobody was there, called and left voicemails and have yet to hear back. SMH.
By far and away the worst management I’ve ever seen. Incompetent in every capacity except for trying to take your money. Do yourself a huge favor and never consider living here. The maintenance team won’t fix anything for you. Have any issues? Good luck getting anything done for you. The leasing office is so deserted it might as well be legally registered as a ghost town.
