It says something about a practice when you're put off before you can even register. I was willing to register at this practice because of the location, even despite how outdated and run down it seemed, but was immediately discouraged when I met the reception staff. In all fairness, one lady I spoke to was perfectly helpful, but when I tried to hand in my registration forms, the second older woman was completely rude. Would just like to say what a lovely conversation I had today with one of the doctors. Didn't catch her name ( Joe it could have been) very helpful and lovely and very understanding. Perhaps the receptionist ought to take a leaf out of her book. Very abruppt.

Only GP I’ve known that removes its patients from its surgery because they have moved home to 10 minutes away, always incredibly reluctant to prescribe medication, they would much rather you simply deal with your medical issues yourself

Reception staff are extremely rude. They forget to issue repeat prescriptions. They speak to people like they are worth nothing
