Anna was awesome with my daughter's helix piecing earlier this summer. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable with the entire process.

I was shocked by the terrible customer service. Three months ago, I got my ears pierced here, and the staff clearly told me that I could switch to hoops after two months. Last night, after three months, I took my earrings out for just an hour and tried to put them back in, but my ears had closed slightly. I asked them to help reinsert the earrings, but they said I couldn’t use hoops and that it was my fault for leaving them out for an hour and that I’d have to pay another $35. Patty is the best piercer that I know!! This shop is awesome! Patty and her team are very knowledgeable very professional and give you excellent customer service! Patty has done many piercings on me, the most recent ones that I got was my nose and Conch piercing on my ear. They both came out perfect! Thank you Patty, I will be back and with friends lol I highly recommend Patty and her team!
Needed to remove and place a retainer for a medical procedure and these guys helped me out with acquiring a glass retainer, and advising on post procedure replacement. They KNOW what they're talking about. Everything was quick, easy and reasonably priced, highly recommend!
