While the quality of the food at your establishment remains commendable, our recent visit was deeply disappointing due to significant service failures that have unfortunately worsened since our experience here a year ago. We ordered takeaway lunch from Madras Diaries for a group of 20 people, and the food was amazing! We had the Ambur Mutton Biryani along with Parotta and Salna. The biryani was excellent, with some of the best and most tender mutton we’ve had, and the Parotta Salna was simply out of this world! They also went above and beyond by giving us extra eggs for the biryani and additional parottas. Great food, generous portions, and excellent service. Everyone really enjoyed the lunch.
