We’ve been going to Madison Medical Practice for a couple of years since moving to the area. Our family sees a few different doctors there and they are all professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Appointments are thorough and we always feel listened to and well looked after.
We have been using Madison Medical Practice ever since we moved to St Ives. While there can be some delays at times, the level of care and thoroughness of the physicians more than offsets the minor inconvenience, and also explains the wait times. I’d much rather have a doctor that covers all the bases and spends time with us, than one that rush through the appointment to churn through as many patients as possible. This is why I trust my family with this practice.
Madison Medical Practice St Ives is a fantastic clinic. The doctors are knowledgeable, caring, and take the time to really listen. The reception team is always friendly and efficient, making appointments easy and stress-free. The practice is well organised and welcoming, and you genuinely feel well looked after. Highly recommend to families and anyone looking for quality, patient-centred care.
I’ve been going to this practice for the last 2 years and it has been great. I’ve seen Dr Gus (who is my main GP), Dr Chitra Das and Dr XP Cheah and they are all fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional, would highly recommend this practice!!
Our family has been visiting St Ives Madison medical centre for several years and has always appreciated the quality of care provided. However, I recently had an unfortunate experience that left me quite disappointed. I have known this GP for a long time and have always respected their passion and thorough approach to medical care.
