Our family has been visiting St Ives Madison medical centre for several years and has always appreciated the quality of care provided. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Chitra Das has been consistently frustrating due to significant delays. She regularly runs late, and on my most recent visit, I had to wait over 45 minutes past my appointment time. When I politely raised this concern, she became defensive rather than acknowledging the issue. I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but this seems to be a recurring pattern.
