You guys are fantastic — friendly staff, on-time appointments, and I love the SMS updates with results and booking links. The biggest kudos goes to Dr Shen, who genuinely cares for me and it makes all the difference. I am a new patient and had booked a long consultation for my annual body check. However, the appointment was completed in just about 5 minutes, with very few questions asked. It turned out to be the shortest check-up I’ve ever experienced, which was out of my expectations, especially as a first-time patient who had requested a longer consultation.
Excellent doctors practice. Professional, knowledgeable and On time (compared to so many practices that run hours late!). Excellent value, affordable health care with friendly capable staff.
