Since our Mother has been placed in care, it has been an overall good experience. Mom is well taken care of and treated kindly. She is safe, which is very important. The staff are excellent and keep us informed if Mom is unwell, or if they require any information from us. The facility is beautiful and very clean, which is also wonderful. We value that Mom is safe and is starting to feel at home.

The facility seems very well run and full of friendly staff. Love the front entrance area and garden; its been a lovely space to have family dinners with Dad on occasion.

Recreation is very good and there are many opportunities. Most care aides are very good when they are regular staff. As they know routines and where supplies are in residents rooms. I appreciate that there are two nights where Sheila provides activities like Karaoke and trivia . The guest presenters and children performing are amazing. Movie nights are much appreciated. Special events with family are also appreciated. Cleaning is good.

Overall the staff seem to generally care about their clients/residents. I have seen the cleaning staff, males, to be a little more self involved on their work and not with due care for the residents. The nurses overall have been great.!!
