If I had read the reviews while looking for a place then I definitely would have been turned off. However, my experience has been positive. Tracie was very professional, and helpful. True, she is a no-nonsense. Her outlook is "business is business" when you first interact with her, and there is nothing wrong with that. DO NOT RENT HERE! This was the worst experience I've ever had with customer service! If I could give zero stars, I would. Where do I even start? First of all, communication is at its absolute worst at this place. The woman at the front desk tells you someone will call you back and then no one ever does. I don't know if she isn't passing along the messages or if the managers just don't care. The receptionist also has zero personality and acts like she could care less when you have a problem.
