Paige is so incredibly helpful and kind!
Apartment are ok, overpriced currently. Amenities are a plus with pickleball, pool, golf simulator, pool table, ping pong with overall nice apartments. One bedroom doesn't have an external ice and water dispenser which is a downside. Plus staff are ok, seem nice but are lazy and take forever to get anything done, not trustworthy. And if u get a referral expect it to take 6 months to get payment. Unless you call the corporate office in Houston, ask for Tiffany. She’s great, and she get you’ll taken care of. Paige has been absolutely a pleasure to work with. She made the application process so smooth and we were approved almost instantly. Delaney has also been super helpful and great with communication! We can’t wait to move in.
