Absolutely Terrible Management & Living Conditions If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Living here has been nothing but a nightmare. We have dealt with flooding—twice, ant and cricket infestations, mold growing outside our door, and now a mice infestation that has forced us to throw away furniture, children’s clothes, and toys. I am embarking on a cross country move from western NY to Conroe next month! Jessica has been so helpful throughout the whole process, available to answer all of my questions and concerns, and very patient. Great move-in specials, transparent about all fees/deposits/requirements. I was able to set up a tour for my sister (who was FaceTiming me) to see the grounds, facilities, and apartments, and set up all services remotely. Thankful the staff has made this a smooth transition!!
I’m paying $1600 to live here yet when my fridge handle cracked while I was normally opening my fridge, I put in a maintenance request to fix it & they charged me $127 for it as it’s not “normal wear & tear” like I broke the thing on purpose. Then gave me attitude on the phone saying it’s against my lease agreement to fix anything on my own, which they wouldn’t have even known about in the first place if I had.
