RUN!!!! Dear God, where do I even begin? The staff is rude, you can hear everything from your neighbors on all sides and nothing will be done about it. The gaslighting that happens here is diabolical. They purposely make the move out process vague and have charged me for things (water and trash) that I paid 2 months ago. Rebecca was AMAZING. Her knowledge of the community was spot on. The location is very convenient and is exactly what I was looking for. Pricing is reasonable for the quality of product you’re receiving. 10/10 recommend making this your new home. Edit: (two years later) I ADORE my apartment. Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our apartment search! She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and thorough in answering every question we had. I had such a great experience touring the apartments at The Madison at City Place. Michelle took her time showing me multiple apartment units and thoroughly explained all the pricing and details, which I really appreciated. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Excellent customer service and such a positive experience overall!
Michelle was an absolute angel! Toured the apartment with her and was able to get transparent info about everything leading up to move-in day!
