My wife was diagnosed with Dementia caused by Alzheimers in the mid 2000’s. I cared for her at home for 10+ years. Finally we reached the point where her needs were beyond my level of care. I selected Waterford because it was solely a Memory Care Facility. Over the year plus that she has been a resident; I have found it to be the best possible place for her to be. From the Top to the Bottom; everyone here is solely focused at providing the best individual and group care for the residents.
It was a pleasure touring The Waterford at Decatur with Kamilla, Director of Sales. The facility is beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
