What can I say about Madeira apartments....well we needed a place fast, relocating from ocala to saint Petersburg for work. And the landlord at the time was so sweet and helped us do everything by email and fast. We got here it was a decent size but for the price they charge... no, it's just ok. Within days of moving in, we noticed a hole above the shower and they said it's normal. The bathroom door knob wasnt put right. The floors are cheap and get scraped really fast. Infested with bugs! Save your money. New management and owners are horrible. Had to buy all new furniture. They did nothing about the bug problem at all! Gross neighbors that are loud. Very disorganized. Even the leasing managers office is a mess when you go talk to her.
