I’ve been in my apartment for over 6 years now and never had a complaint or issue really. Since Grey Star has taken over the apartment, I’m definitely ready to leave. My experience touring Maddox Apartments was excellent from start to finish. The community was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and it immediately felt welcoming. My question is: why has the dog wash been closed and out of service for a year? Is that true or not?

This apartment complex charges an outrageous amount for rent and is extremely strict when it comes to rules and late fees. If you’re even one day late, they hit you with excessive charges and penalties. However, nobody talks about the fact that the dog wash station has been broken for over a year, and the pool is constantly out of service for one reason or another. Residents are expected to keep paying the same high rent month after month, even though many of the amenities we are paying for are unavailable most of the time. ... read more
