We have resigned our lease 4 times because of how much we love it here. First of all the staff is amazing. They recently changed management and we were sad that Kim was relocated because she was so great, every time you visited the front office you could never leave sad. I want to recognize Rosaelia, the cleaning lady at the apartment complex, for the amazing job she does. She is always hardworking, friendly, and takes pride in keeping the property clean and looking nice. You can tell she puts a lot of effort into her work and pays attention to the little details. She is also always kind and welcoming whenever you see her. Rosaelia is truly a great part of the apartment community, and her hard work is very much appreciated!
The apartments are always so clean and well maintained! The common areas, hallways, and overall community are kept looking fresh and welcoming. Everything is always spotless, and you can really tell that someone takes pride in keeping the property looking its best. A big thank you to Rosie, who does this amazing job! She works so hard to keep everything clean and makes such a difference in how nice the community looks!
I lived in the Maddox for 1 year, but I always loved how Rosaelia was always friendly and keeping it super clean my whole entire stay there!
I have lived in many apartments; however this has been by far one of the best experiences I have had. The upgrades to the apartments, the gym, the dog park are phenomenal. It is nice to see when the management says they are going to do something, and then actually follow through. I also have to give a shout out to the maintenance team; they are phenomenal as well.
