UPDATE: The manager Alfred said that Aya deleted the drawing and HE refunded the money. BUT when my husband went to pick up the money Alfred was VERY rude and pointed to the "No refund" sign. BUT he knows dam well this would have ended up in court poorly affecting his shop for Theft, Infringement, and Fraud.
