This guy's a scammer! I'm located in St Louis and he came out to clean my fireplace which is only 4 years old and said it basically needed to be redone. 8000.00!! I had three other companies come out and all said it was a simple part. Charged me 300.00 including service and cleaning. I hear others say he disconnects the gas line and igniter so it's not usable. Terrible!
Joe was very kind and informative. He explained everything he was doing and let me know if other services were needed or were not important at this time. I did not feel I was getting a hard sell.

I called them to fix my chimney cap with the base that blew off in the wind. James came in the same day and fixed it. The help desk and James both are very professional. I will use their service again.
