These people were super-duper mean to my dad and scared him off from Macs. It's so sad, because if you go to a real Mac store, and not these second-tier guys, the people are so helpful and knowledgeable. As for this place, it's full-on attitude 24/7 and honestly who needs it? Why buy something from people who are so horrible to the customers? Someone else, please come and open another store in Columbia, Missouri. Be nice and helpful and Missouri will reward you!

I called to ask a question and got instant poor customer service. I've used this place to transfer material from my hard drive to an external drive and upgrade my system which I found out after the fact cost me about $100 more than I needed to pay. When you talk to these people they're short and rude with an air of superiority. God forbid you don't know the proper terminology when asking a question, then you get to experience their pure disgust with having to put up with someone that's not an macxprt. I went to this place in Columbia, MO because this is the only place in town. I had abominable experience with their service department - in summary they suck! Here is how it goes, I got a band new macbook pro laptop and in 3 weeks it had video graphics issue - brand new laptop!!!. So, I went to them and they called me back saying that the logic board was at fault and it had to be replaced. So it was done under apple case. 2 weeks after this and same problem. Great service experience. Nice people who are knowledgeable about their products and realistically deliver on the work and the price they quote. I had spilled coke on my computer and they had it fixed within 3 days. Dropped it off, one day later, got a quote, one day later, it was ready for pick up. Will definitely come back if I run into more problems in the future.

I don't typically review businesses but wanted to give MacXprts my thumbs up for their years of top-notch service. They have helped our communication's department numerous times with tech support, Apple care support and general talk-you-off the cliff when needed. We are fortunate to have such a resource is such a small town.
