AJ is on her second stent with me, Jerry Schmutte and she is done as good a job as I could possibly ever want. She cares about what she does. She’s a very thorough very caring very trying to heal you up and she’s a fantastic person. I’d recommend her like no other thank you
Staff were professional and took great care to explain what they did. Answered question and showed me how to take of my foot at home. AJ was excellent.
My goals after 45 years of stage 2 lymphedema are nearly met thanks to the wonderful staff and treatment protocols. I have enjoyed the compassion and understanding especially exhibited by Kaitlin!
Once I finally found the location which is kind of hidden in the back and had a hard time finding even with directions from the front desk, it was an okay experience. I waited for someone to take me to the back for consultation. They have a Keurig for customers, and a bathroom just around the corner in the hall. I finally met with my therapist, he was very nice however very young and it was hard to connect with him to tell him my concerns about the treatment. Services were good. Billing is an area they need to work on. I instructed them on how to bill at one point and the agent on phone did not do as i instructed and caused problems with an HSA provider for months. Watch your bills.
