I should have known not to book. The owner confirmed my appointment by text. Since her business is around lymphatic system, I asked her if this treatment would be helpful for my lymphatic system. She told me to ask my doctor. I told her my doctor isn’t an expert on her technology. She sent over some resources. I was traveling here for one day and built my schedule around this session. I recently spent the weekend and Ojai and enjoyed several services at the Lymphatic Health Institute. I started with an Ionic Foot Soak. I was a little scared at first to soak my feet in a bath with electricity,LOL. Sonia did a great job explaining how it works. The foot detox uses charged particles called ions that cleanses and purifies the body. Foot soaks can increase circulation, clean the skin, and relieve aches and pains. It did just that!
