Heather is a true partner in the journey to wellness. A doctor gives a diagnosis and Heather walks alongside you to implement the lifestyle changes that create a foundation to build on and heal. WIth her guidance I feel I am learning how to be healthy and I am creating a lifestyle that will keep me healthy. I may not be cured of my diagnosis, but I will be healed.
This is a dynamic and resourceful course from an experienced, friendly and knowledgeable FDN practitioner who could successfully reverse her own health issues and now help others to reverse others. She is constantly updating the course and is always ready to help her students.
Heather is a great resource of knowledge on health and well being. She really keeps digging and goes beyond just making assumptions about what is going on inside your body. I love her motto of "Test, don't guess". The tests are worth it and she will help you decipher everything those test are telling you.
Heather is not only an expert she has lived in the trenches of chronic Lyme and autoimmune illness. She knows truly what it takes to turn your life around and not waste a bit of your time. Being a doc I look for health coaches that have what it takes to transform my patient's health and Heather fits all the criteria.
Heather has been my saving grace when it's come to figuring out my health concerns. She is the most caring, compassionate and understanding practitioner I've ever met. She always answers all my questions and she's helped me navigate health concerns, as no other practitioner has ever done for me. I am truly grateful for her knowledge, support and kindness in my quest to put both Lyme and it's coinfections in remission.
