I’m very disappointed with my experience living in this apartment community. My lease was for 14 months at $2,400 per month. As my lease was coming to an end, the management offered me a renewal for another 14 months at $2,600 per month. However, after I informed them that I would not be renewing, I was shocked to see that they listed my same apartment on the community’s website for $2,167! Extremely Disappointed If I could give one star just for maintenance, I would but even that feels generous. While the staff appears to try, they are not transparent or reliable. I first noticed noises that sounded like a mouse, and at first, I didn’t believe it. Then a guest of mine saw it and confirmed it was a large mouse. I’ve been living at The Lyla for about six months and I can confidently say that Jarad has been one of the biggest reasons my experience has been so positive. He constantly goes above and beyond. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the property and always quick to help. Whether he’s answering a question, following up on a request, or checking in to make sure things are running smoothly, he handles every interaction with patience (and I always have too many questions!) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING HERE. I want to help ANYONE who thinks about stopping just keep on driving. I am so glad my lease is up soon dealing with management who is least worried about maintenance and more so of her looks in the office. SHE (Precious) is a snob with her attitude, and the way she does business. SHE ONLY CARE ABOUT THE FIRST FLOOR UNITS, if you live on any other floor please bring RAID MOUSE TRAPS.
