MAINTENANCE NIGHTMARE: Don't move here if you work a regular 9-5 job because maintenance won't help you past 5 and they aren't open on weekends. I'm a manger at an insurance company and I've lived here since 1/27/25. Ever month I've had to ask maintenance in my apartment for no AC, MICE, and most recently no hot water. It took them 4 days to get someone to fix my water heater due to me not being able to leave work. So far I've had over 10 dead mice removed and I'm seeing live ones and it's now June. Stay away, Greedy people: The manager/supervisor at Richardson has an attitude. She increased the base rent in less than 24 hours, even though their policy states that prices are valid for 48 hours
Stay away—the staff has an attitude and doesn't respect people. I went there to lease an apartment, and the staff treated me badly
The Lyla is absolutely lovely!!! Five stars are not enough. The staff is THE BEST and makes the living experience 10/10!
