Update after living here on a short-term lease: Pros: 1. I lived on the first floor, and the walls were very soundproof; I never heard my next-door neighbor. I could hear the upstairs neighbor occasionally (heavy footsteps and late nights), but that’s normal for apartment living. 2. With a vehicle that tends to attract attention, she was never broken into or damaged.
