I don’t like leaving such a low review but I am very unhappy with this company. I ordered a very expensive skincare set from them ($250+) and once a week had gone by with no trace of my order I reached out via email to inquire about my order. No response. The next day I called, with no answer until I had tried 8x and left a voicemail. Finally there was an answer and at that point I was already upset. So I did have an attitude with whoever answered. This was one of the best facials that I have ever gotten! My face feels so refreshed and rejuvenated. Emma was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips on how to better take care of my skin. The ambiance was relaxing and I felt like I was fully able to decompress. I definitely will be coming back!
