As soon as you walk in, your greeted with smiling faces. Everyone is very sweet and professional. It’s a clean environment with a nice ambiance. Good music, complimentary snacks, and mimosas are offered! It is on the pricey side in my opinion. However, you get what you pay for. I love my braids. Ms.Sonia was gentle and made me feel comfortable. I will be back! Thank you ladies. -Pretty R.
Be wary!!! They dont respect customer’s time or preset appointments! Deposits are paid for a reason! I scheduled for a wax and got a txt less than an hour before the apt asking to reschedule! Not acceptable!!! It would have been my first time but now I will never be back! I see now from prev reviews that they arent new to this! Wish I would have read reviews sooner! Save yourself time and annoyance and book elsewhere!
This was my time going to Luxe and received the best service ever! The girls did my hair exactly how I wanted and even did extra to make sure it was really pretty! I loved it there and I’m referring all my friends and coworkers 👍👍👍👍👍💯
I've been calling for weeks, trying to get a hold of someone with no luck, messaged through Google and nothing. I did get a text which I responded I would like to schedule an appointment but then no response. I'm not sure about the experience as of yet.
