I've had the good fortune to lived in several cities across the country, and in a variety of luxury/ultra luxury properties. I'm currently living at The LUXE at Pepper Pike. The property is a gated enclave of 82 rental houses (not apartments) in Pepper Pike. There are a number of builders and developers that can build a "Class A" structure (of which these are) and then just walk away. We have absolutely loved living at the Luxe. It always felt safe. Great location. Unit was well built with a great layout and ample space. Nice clubhouse and exercise room. Timely lawn care and snowplowing. The staff, led by Kim, is extremely responsive, professional and friendly. Maintenance (Caleb) is there within hours if you ever experience an issue and is extremely friendly and helpful. We couldn’t recommend it more and are so happy that we chose to live there.
Kim, just a Short Note of Appreciation how Well Caleb represents the Best of your Management Team. Both my Wife and I have been so impressed by how quickly he has responded to any of our Maintenance Issues, while consistently demonstrating his concern that our Residency at The Luxe meets our expectations of living at a High End Community.
Just great concierge type of service, safe, clean and great staff that supports you around the clock.
Caleb and the maintenance crew do a great job!
