My wife and I were one of the first arrivals at the Luxe in March of '22. The construction seems solid. The soundproofing is excellent, as we never hear our neighbors. We love our open floor plan. The lobby is beautiful; the pool and hot tub are huge and amazing; and the gym is well-equipped with high quality machines--though waiting for a leg press machine. We have been in our new home for 2 1/2 years. Our floor plan and large patio are amazing. The view of the pool is beautiful and it is an amazing amenity space at the Luxe. The condo units are very quiet! The best part about living here is the friends we have made in our new community. We enjoy walking to the JW Marriott, High Street and the Desert Ridge Marketplace. Living at the Luxe in Desert Ridge is a great way to enjoy Arizona.
I’m very happy, calm and safe living in the Luxe. It is the best place to live with my family. Peace, location and security is the most important thing for us.
