I just renewed my lease for the second year at The Luxe! I lived in NYC for almost 10 years and when I moved back I toured many apartments in Minnetonka/Wayzata and the North Loop. Right when I entered The Luxe I knew I would make it my home. Everything has been great so far - clean, quiet, new and the layout of the apartments is far superior than others I viewed in the past. Just moved in and love it so far. Great location and access to all highways etc. Run into a few neighbors already and they’re all friendly. The building clearly attracts certain tenants of high caliber. Looking forward to the next year.
Beautiful building. The attention to detail and quality of materials in this build are evident everywhere. Leasing agents were super informative and accommodating. I love the secure parking situation. More amenities than I have ever seen in this area. The HUGE windows in every unit make it feel like a home.
Beautiful building and amazing location. Apartments are high-end and constructed very well. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping!
