I appreciate the owner and staff's attention to detail, the finishes are high end and the amenities are well-kept and high end. I've lived at The Luxe for almost a year and it's a really nice place to live. It's perfectly located on the west side of the cities, the management is really kind and nimble, and the spaces are absolutely beautiful.
My wife and I rented at the Luxe and found it first class. The workout facilities and entertainment rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The concierge is attentive and responds to requests immediately. The location right across from Ridgedale is super convenient and the apartments are great.
Gorgeous building and amazing location. Apartments are high-end and constructed very well. Underground parking which is amazing in winter. Easy access to 394 and right across the street from Ridgedale Mall.
