Management was very unhelpful and dismissive. During the tour, they rushed me and showed very little patience. When I tried to take a video of the apartment I was interested in so I could see how my furniture would fit I was told I didn’t need to because everything was on their website. However, there are no videos of the units on the website. Once my application was denied, I disputed the decision and was able to get it sorted out. Recently, I returned home and after checking several luxury like apartments , I chose The Luxe which is truly lux. The team has been most kind and professional. The management has been very accommodating. The amenities are top notch. The apartment is bright, spacious, plus provides exceptional closet space (so hard to find in any apartment). My experience here has been exceptional. Thank you
My mom moved into the Luxe at Ridgedale 3 months ago. She is amazed at the attentiveness and professionalism of the management and staff. The building is maintained in a meticulous manner, the amenities are spectacular. Her dog loves it there too!
I moved in about 3 months ago. After selling my home I didn't want to buy another, but just have the carefree life of renting. After seeing a number of "luxury" buildings. the Luxe really stood out for its wonderful design, high-end finishes and vast amounts of storage.
