Hello, I’m living in this place for 7 years and I never had problems with the manager. Blair was a awesome person and always figured out how to help the tenants and understood our needs. The current manager of The Luxe Apartments is agressive and has no customer service skills. This is a warning ⚠️ if you move here and they doing repairs in the building they will charge you as a part of the rent.
