Had a bad experience with this spa . Beforehand, I asked the receptionist if they do direct billing she said yes , she even asked our insurance which I gave her and proceed with the booking . At first I already had trouble completing their form as they asked credit card information on the spot which not a big No , tried other spa and they don’t ask credit card information on competing the form .
