We were greeted with a very friendly and helpful person upon arrival and the room and facilities were clean and well kept. The disaster happened when we went to have what promised to be an excellant breakfast. Everything looked great. BUT everything, including the scrambled eggs, the sausage links, the waffles, and even the coffee and "hot" water were so COLD, everything was inedible, completely INEDIBLE! When we first arrived at the Lux Hotel we were greeted by Megan, who gave us our room key and welcomed us with a friendly atmosphere and smile. Megan’s welcome was the start to an awesome stay. The hotel housekeeping was absolutely phenomenal with keeping the hotel clean and stocked with fresh towels and making the bed, when we left for the day, all to return to fresh linen was a major relief. The hotel was nice staff were helpful. Only suggestion is the room have a humid feel too them maybe putting some type of dehumidifier or something or having a working venting system in bathroom not just a vent. But enjoyed the stay the kids loved the pool.
