My provider is very communicative with me in regards to scheduling and forgiving for the few times I may be delayed to joining online session(s) on time. I enjoy that I have flexibility in terms of in person or online sessions. The administrative office is very responsive and worked to help me with my EAP allotments and then insurance coverage when I wanted to continue seeing my provider. I plan on getting my care here for a while.
Reached out to them about services. Spent an hour filling out forms only to be to that I am not covered under my policy. Why the ruck did I have to song all these forms and make myself emotionally vulnalble only to be abandoned??
