Don't move here, I've been here two years now and I won't be here once the lease is up. There is not enough parking, that leave people to take it upon themselves to park in front of garages that aren't theirs. I have been late to work twice now cause someone parked in front of my garage. There has been 3 break in attempts, someone broke into my vehicle and the office won't text me back and the security is a joke. If you care about your vehicle and having a pleasant place to live, I'd avoid this place.
I’ve lived here for almost 15 months and I don’t have a single bad thing to say since the new company took over. Maintenance is lightning fast and so friendly and kind. The grounds are well kept, the pool is always clean, the workout equipment is in good order. The staff are super quick to respond and helpful and the apartment is a great price for the size and amenities offered. I have lived lots of sub par places and this one has been fantastic.
I haven’t ever had nice things to say about our apartment various complexes. So consider this a “Karen” finally pleased with exceptionally high standards 😂 Just signed on for our third year and can’t say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail, and keeping the complex safe and beautiful.
