I’ve lived here for almost 15 months and I don’t have a single bad thing to say since the new company took over. Maintenance is lightning fast and so friendly and kind. The grounds are well kept, the pool is always clean, the workout equipment is in good order. The staff are super quick to respond and helpful and the apartment is a great price for the size and amenities offered. I have lived lots of sub par places and this one has been fantastic.
I haven’t ever had nice things to say about our apartment various complexes. So consider this a “Karen” finally pleased with exceptionally high standards 😂 Just signed on for our third year and can’t say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail, and keeping the complex safe and beautiful.
Beautiful apartments, but the numbers are a little confusing.
I had a terrible experience living here and would not recommend anyone to reside here. When I first moved in there were issues right away with the washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heating. There was also a huge safety risk with the patio railing coming off the wall; if you pushed back hard enough you could have easily fallen. It was impossible to get maintenance in to take care of things. I loved living here. I lived here for a year. I never had my garage broken into at all like the previous comment stated. Maintenance guys are super nice and I feel maintenance actually goes above and beyond for you. I also love how I was able to walk to Starbucks and Safeway whenever I wanted to.
