I had a terrible experience living here and would not recommend anyone to reside here. When I first moved in there were issues right away with the washer, dryer, dishwasher, and heating. There was also a huge safety risk with the patio railing coming off the wall; if you pushed back hard enough you could have easily fallen. It was impossible to get maintenance in to take care of things. I loved living here. I lived here for a year. I never had my garage broken into at all like the previous comment stated. Maintenance guys are super nice and I feel maintenance actually goes above and beyond for you. I also love how I was able to walk to Starbucks and Safeway whenever I wanted to.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! We’ve been here for only 2 months and have had more issues than any other place we’ve lived before. The maintenance team tries to be on top of things, but I never hear back from the management to address the problems. I have never left a review in my life, but feel it’s necessary to hopefully save anyone else from living here.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! They have garage break-ins on the regular. No actual security just a parked car and someone who drives through the complex ONCE a night. My garage door broke down EVERY winter, and the office tells me that I have to wait 6 months to get it repaired all the while not having access to it for that time as they want me to give them the fob, then they won't take money off my rent due to that. TERRIBLE MANAGMENT! I moved in Spring 2022 and out Aug 2023. The original management company was really great. They were responsive, available and professional. Once the management switched to Black management, holy cow! I truthfully cannot begin to explain the issues. Rather than make a mind-blowing list I will just say, none of them are organized even slightly and they lose everything but remember nothing. The turnover is insane.
