Very disappointing experience. They failed to fulfil my order correctly delivering my son’s wedding table arrangement a week early and the wrong size. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they wouldn’t answer the phone forcing me to go through interflora to resolve the issue. Extremely poor service. Response back to me is dishonest. Poor experience..A young girl made up a floral arrangement for me over the phone...she put very little flowers in...and it was mostly all green leaves...I wont buy from here again..I paid $120 plus,$16 for delivery. I was so dissapointed...these were for my daughters birthday. she said it would be full and pretty ..nope!!! THERE WAS 6 FLOWERES IN THIS HAT BOX FOR $120..and they lasted 2 days....DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY....IVE NEVER HAD THIS POOR QUALITY OF ARRANGEMENT..OF COURSE THE MANAGER IS GOING TO SAY IT WAS TO STANDARD...... read more
