I stayed at this hotel in 2025. And I was very satisfied with the friendly and courteous service. I wanted to come this year in April too, but my flight was cancelled because of the Middle East war. The hotel was very accommodating with the refund. So that's another plus point for customer friendliness. I will definitely stay at Lurline again on my next visit to Sydney.

Very disappointed with my stay here at the lurline the room I was put in was not as advertised. It was described to me as a modern bathroom and queen room but I what I greeted with was a wet room that leaked water into the main room and two single beds pushed together. When I asked staff to speak to an on duty manager all I was given as an email address to submit my enquiry it's been a week now and Ive had no reply. This was very upsetting. I usually only post positive, however, this accommodation is expensive for what it is. We got the 'dungeon' room for 3 people and Its also beside the communal kitchen and bathroom, so others coming and going. The room had NO ventilation, bathroom drain smell was terrible and you could see the grease laying in the drains, the carpet was dirty. And the parking situation is so bad, the closest carpark is 1k away. We did tell reception but I dont think they were really bothered. Pretty disappointed !!!

A superbly appointed Hotel located in Randwick. Beautifully staged rooms with a courtyard out back to relax in. Comfortable beds and a real modern heritage vibe with the building and the rooms. Centrally located in the heart of Randwick opposite the L2 light rail and numerous buses to Coogee, Maroubra and the city. Highly recommended.
