My experience with Dave and his team at this law firm was nothing more than treating me life family. Everyone from Maddie, Mary Kate, Victoria (when she was with the firm) and also more appreciation of Dave when it came to handling my case was so professional but also you know they cared about me as a person not just another client. I would recommend him over and over. I could say a lot but will leave this. Awful experience with minimal results. Nothing that was told or guaranteed to me resulted in the end. Biggest regret was choosing David to represent me in my discrimination case.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Several years ago f ormer Judge Grates forced me to retain an attorney in my divorce with less than a weeks notice (absolutely despicable). Unfortunately, I retained Mr. Lunceford who not only did NOTHING for me, but he made sure he and his, equally rotten, paralegal took advantage of billing me as much as they could for work I already did!
