I visited The Lump and Bump Doc for keloid removal. Dr. Robinson was very attentive, patient, and informative during our consultation. We were able to do same-day keloid removal, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It is now two weeks post-removal, and my stitches have been removed, and I can honestly say my ear is as good as new! I can now confidently wear my hair up without people's eyes being drawn to my ear.
My office was very enjoyable this being my first time having anything like this done. The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and caring. The Doctor was kind, professional and made sure I didn’t feel any discomfort about anything that was happening. It was a very good first experience and if I’m ever in need of their services again I’ll definitely be using their office again!
The care and compassion shown by Dr.Robinson and the entire staff are truly unmatched. They listen, they understand, and they treat you with the utmost respect and kindness.
