Coming here was one of the best decisions I've made. The staff BHT's genuinely cared about me and treated me with kindness and respect. The therapists and counselors gave me the tools I needed to better understand myself and my recovery. Novak went above and beyond to help not just me but others with any question problem or need I had. I also met amazing people who supported me every step of the way. This place at first I didn't want to go there but I did bc I figured I should do whatever it is I don't want to do. When I got here everyone was friendly understanding and supportive of everything. The staff and my peers cared about me and taught me about myself
I am currently a PHP client and this is what is going on with the program in real time. 1. Nothing is what it claims to be 2. Organization and communication among staff is non existent. If we do receive are medication it is either during sleeping hours (woken up between 10p and 5a) for night and morning meds. Sometimes we don't receive them at all.
