Amber is absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with a warm smile and such positive energy. She was kind, professional, and attentive — truly listening and answering all of my questions with care. Ludlow is a beautiful, well-kept community supported by an amazing team. I highly recommend this property and their exceptional staff!
When I moved into this place almost 2 years ago, it was PERFECT, I had zero issues with this property. Lately, the place has been encountering many issues but the most alarming one at this time is the garage doors. During Thanksgiving weekend, the entry garage door was down and will not work, staying consistently open and it is still down to this day after multiple times reaching out to the leasing office.
