Save your money and go elsewhere! These people are money-hungry grubs and are incompetent. The readily took my money in January, I completed all required tests by end of Jan, but I had to wait until April until I received my results. Furthermore, they keep your credit card details on file (even though I repeatedly asked for them to remove them). I have received better advice at lower cost from my GP and will not be supporting or recommending Lucy Rose Clinic to anyone again. This place is a scam.
My experience with the Lucy Rose clinic has been a very positive one. After trying so many different pathways and not seeing changes, I started with the clinic and stuck right through the whole process with the help of Carmell Serafin who was very encouraging and helpful. No after care no follow up just send you generic tests and diets and send you on your way after they take your money . I have had no phone call after I called and complained about not getting sent my plan I had paid for for well over 2 weeks. Poor service I would not recommend this company 😩
Tests done via my doctor did not match the tests I received here - they were therefore entirely inaccurate. Astronomically expensive. Supplements made me extremely sick. My doctor was shocked and appalled upon looking at the results they gave me. I was essentially robbed of thousands of dollars. Do not recommend.
Does not meet expectations. Test options are inflexible and are grouped that even if you only need one out of the "set" as you have recent test results, you are still charged for all. And conveniently the set will contain mostly Medicare covered tests with one or two charged ones. I agreed on an astronomical price, got all my results and treatment plan, supplements arrived but any attempt to clarify when I'm to take each one and if I can group some together, has gone unanswered for 2 weeks...
