The really old lady that works there I’m pretty sure her name is Karen, is unprofessional and disrespectful! The owners need to teach her respect or Get rid of her or FINALLY retire. If you’re that unhappy just quit your job! Typical Karen behaviour.
I would give this a zeor star if I could. Worst customer service that I've ever experienced at the newsagency. I was served by an old lady, about 60-70 year olds. She was extremely rude and arrogant. All I wanted was to check my lottery ticket, and I got yelled out. Never again at this store. I'll take my money else where.
Staff here judge and racially profile customers! My husband just went into this store and the 60-70 year old lady working there took one look at him and immediately judged that he couldn’t afford a $9 birthday card! I guess 6’5 white men wearing sports jerseys on a warm day automatically means they don’t have a job or money.
