Today i been to that place there is a lady working behind the til around 12.37. She was sus. Looking at me like i am going to steal 😁😁broo People can come to the shop and explore They way she treating that was terrible get more experience How to serve customers 🫤🫤
The staff is super attentive, and the service is great. They have cool gift ideas, and those old-school ringing cards you can't find anywhere else. Definitely a thumbs up!
If I could I wouldn’t even give one star to this store and the staff in this store. On 21st of August my father went to buy a lottery ticket from this store worth $24 and they charged his card $240. When my father checked his bank account and told me to read the transactions of today, I was shocked to see $240 for a lottery ticket. He showed me the ticket it was only $24. Worst experience ever. They charge money extra from your bank account and when you confront them they say that we are talking rudely which is not at all true. They talk extremely rudely when you point out their mistake. Highly disappointing and worst customer service ever.
This shop is terrible and worst shop in Australia. They unsecured an item and blamed it on a little child for breaking it. They charged it forced. This is completely a trap and don’t go there to waste money.
