Sunday 25/3/2025 - Walked up to buy a lotto ticket and the young guy (Of Indian looking origin), his customer services was very poor. He looked like he was tired and his interaction with customers was not engaging. He printed my ticket and slapped it on the counter.
Had a frustrating experience trying to return a parcel through ParcelPoint at The Lucky Charm Redcliffe. The return instructions clearly stated that the store would print the label, but the staff insisted I needed to print it myself. Even after showing them the instructions, they refused to help. I then went to Midway News Agency, where the process was quick and hassle-free. Big thanks to them! Unfortunately, The Lucky Charm was unhelpful and intentionally misleading. Wouldn’t recommend for returns.
I went to this place yesterday to be served by a young Indian man.I was very polite as have worked in news agencies for over ten years.He was so rude to me that I had to defend myself and explain to him that he needs customers to keep open so not to talk to me like that.I did not however spend a cent in that store and asked for the money I had won which he rudely put on the counter.Never ever again will I go there that is second time of being rude to me and I’m always polite to retail staff as I have worked in it and know ho... read more
Came here to pick up my parcel during my short lunch break and the woman at the counter told me to wait and prioritised serving the customers purchasing scratchies and lotto ticket. She kept on saying I have to wait because she was by herself. She also told me to find my own parcel from the parcels/boxes lying behind her which were on the floor.
