I went to get my lotto winning but the old grumpy lady is very rude. She did not want to serve me. The male staff was nice though.
Friendly and understanding staff
While choosing keychains at a display near the entrance, a male Chinese staff member rudely walked past me, stared at me unkindly, and told me to leave because the shop was closing soon. This behaviour felt almost aggressive, which surprised me for a moment. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I believe the staff need better training.
Disgusting customer service, very rude staff.
