An older Asian woman is clearly racist. She has a completely different attitude towards Asians and people of other races. She rolls her eyes at Asians, but smiles and greets everyone else. As an Asian, I'm really ashamed of you!
Horrendous service. Older lady at the counter did not greet customers, and after they requested her service, she told them to wait whilst she seemingly printed her own personal lottery tickets. After a few mins waiting, then went on her phone with no regard for customers in line. Left without making an intended purchase.
