Owner was super helpful when using them as a ParcelPoint drop point. Never used that service before and they was made super easy, definitely would use that service with them again.

I am pleased to see that others have had a good experience with The Lucky Charm Bertram. As a person who uses them twice in a year, I assume I am not given the same customer service as a regular. I personally hate when Imile, sendle, aramex and all the other toads use this place as a drop point. Because as nice as the lady is behind the counter with her son and daughter, it is easy enough for a distracted kid to give the wrong package to someone else.
