At one time the largest employer in all of Los Angeles County, Lucky Baldwin believed in a bright future for Southern California, and acted as a catalyst for California's diversity and character of risk-taking. The Lucky is for those who want to carry on that California dream. The former site of the Baldwin Motel, The Lucky continues to honor Lucky Baldwin's legacy.

We’ve lived here for about 9 months and contemplated on moving out 4 months into our lease. We really wanted to find a place we can call home for the next couple of years but unfortunately this isn’t the place. My fiancé and I moved into The Lucky earlier this month and we really, really love it so far. The unit and the rest of the building is absolutely beautiful. Our unit has tons of natural light with floor to ceiling windows, all new appliances, AC, and a very large patio. We were also given a tandem parking space and every parking space also has a small storage closet as well - such a great bonus! The building is very quiet and safe.
