I planned a weekend trip with my husband for our anniversary and this place did not disappoint. We’re already planning another trip with the family thats how much we loved it. We didn’t even want to leave the hotel for dinner like we had planned, we ended up ordering the food and bringing it back to the hotel. The staff is so nice and very helpful and the place is relaxing and enjoyable. It was a great experience and we will be back often.
Our stay was one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had on vacation. On arrival we were met by Steven at the front desk. He checked us in and was very thorough about the hotel and offered us a glass of champagne. He helped with dinner recommendations as well as breakfast options for the next day. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. Steven also provided smoking options if you are a smoker as the entire property is smoke-free. Another fantastic stay at The Lucie! The front desk staff is amazing, Cristina ( who upgraded our room when checking in), Joseph( for helping us when we realized we left items in the safe after checking out and leaving), and Steve(a true rockstar)! Steve always makes sure you are happy and well taken care of! The pool bar staff Gina and Allison were friendly and sociable as well! Do not hesitate to book a stay here, you won’t regret it!

We had a very last-minute booking at the Lucie Hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we were so pleasantly surprised to receive a beautiful upgrade! We truly enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. Steve at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
