First time going here the guy i got was very informative and didnt take only at all.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment in Bowmanville. I initially requested to have my air carbon filter replaced and asked for a fragrance to be applied to the new filter. Despite being directed to the waiting area, there was a misunderstanding regarding my request. I expected the technician to clean the area before installing the new filter—a task that should have taken only five minutes. Gave this place a chance a few times once I was turned away because they had no oil... Turned away another time because they had low staff. I'm done going here
