Colin took me from a text about looking at a house to signing in like a week. He made everything incredibly easy (explaining escrow, industry standards, outlining what's reasonable, etc.). I love my new house and don't want to ever sell it, but if I do, I'll definitely go with Colin again. :)
Working with Austin was an absolute joy. He made sure to hear all of mine and my husband‘s requests. He kept everything that we needed within our budget and was available all of the time to answer all of our millions of questions. He was knowledgeable about the process, especially with VA loan and was with us every step of the way and it all paid off because today we were finally able to close on our home so thank you Austin for being amazing
